HR Strategies and Employee Engagement
Jennifer Hendricks brings 25+ years of HR experience combined with 20+ years of executive leadership. She is passionate about strengthening businesses with a highly engaged workforce aligned with business goals.
Jennifer established an HR department, implementing roles, job descriptions, key performance indicators, policies, procedures, legal compliance and best practices. She created a recruiting/hiring process that yielded $150,000 savings over 2 years while also improving new hire retention rates. Additionally, she introduced employee engagement activities and oversaw company events resulting in stronger employee retention and an award-winning organizational culture, including recognition from Top Workplaces St. Louis and Top Workplaces USA.
Jennifer completed her BSBA with an emphasis in Management and a minor in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and earned her Masters in HR Management from Webster University. She also holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications in Human Resources.

Communications and Development
Angela Farrell’s expertise stems from over 30 years in various functional areas, but her unique talent is connecting business visions through strategic communication and development programs. Angela is seen by her peers and colleagues as a dedicated leader who makes a significant difference in both employee satisfaction and business success.
In her latest role, she worked directly with executives to ensure that internal and external communications consistently reinforced the company’s vision and strategic planning. Her efforts in developing orientation, management indoctrination, and other development programs have been instrumental in maintaining high engagement and ensuring that all employee voices are heard and valued. Notably, she created a comprehensive career pathing program that significantly contributed to diversity and inclusion within the company.
Angela holds a BA in English with a minor in psychology from the University of Missouri- St. Louis (UMSL). She has further enhanced her expertise through a Writing Certificate Program from UMSL and holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Compliance and Research
Michelle Rogers has 20 years of experience working in support and leadership roles. She has a passion for research and problem solving, as well as working efficiently and ethically, encouraging those around her to uphold integrity and strive for excellence.
Michelle began her career as an Executive Assistant and was an integral member of an Executive Team, supporting the President and CEO, Chief Financial Officer and Vice Presidents of Operations, Human Resources and Marketing. She naturally evolved into the role of Project Management based on her experience, spearheading company-wide strategic initiatives including opening a new location, securing and maintaining Healthcare Accreditation and advising the company through multiple changes in ownership and officers. As she expanded her expertise, Michelle took on the role of Compliance Officer with a passion and played a key role in protecting the organization from legal risks and promoting ethical practices overall.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Justice Systems from Truman State University.

Customer Experience and Operations
Stacy Flint has over 20+ years of operations experience combined with 10+years of executive leadership. It is her ability to set strategic direction, orchestrate collaborative efforts and build executional business plans that make her so effective.
In her role as Vice President of Operations, Stacy led a performance driven culture striving for Operational Excellence. Under her guidance, 200+ employees carried out the company’s mission of providing an award-winning concierge-like customer experience.
During her career, Stacy has built many core business infrastructures: Quality Assurance Programs, an In-house Management Training Program, an Outbound Sales Department, and established a Communication Group, which served as the team responsible for executing all company-wide activities. She has steered the annual Strategic Planning Process, which included setting financial targets, strategic goals and initiatives.
Stacy has an unmatched ability to lead teams of people and projects. She has successfully led both telephony and software system implementations and spearheaded multiple integrations of newly acquired companies.
Stacy holds a BSBA with an emphasis in Management from University of Missouri – St. Louis.
